Terms ang conditions for TET.fi Service

  1. General

The TET.fi service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provides a platform where organizations can publish TET announcements and young people can browse and apply for them. The use of the Service is free of charge, and by using the Service, you accept these terms. TET.fi may modify these terms of use. The current version is always available on TET.fi website. The Service is managed by the Children and Youth Foundation. The languages of the Service are Finnish and English.

  1. Use of the Service and Content

TET.fi is an online service where organizations can publish TET positions, and young people can apply for them. Young people can view information about TET position providers and TET announcements available in the Service and apply for TET placements of interest without registering. By registering for the Service, young people can save information about interesting TET positions and submit applications to employers in the TET.fi system.

TET position providers must register before posting TET positions. The use of the Service is at your own risk. TET.fi is not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of the content of the advertisements published in the Service. Users agree not to submit or upload to the Service any content that is illegal, infringes copyright, violates good customs, or infringes the rights of third parties, or that may disrupt the functionality of the Service.

  1. User Responsibilities

TET position applicants: You agree to use the Service responsibly and to provide only accurate and up-to-date information when applying for a TET position. The information you provide in the Service, such as contact details, will be used and stored only for purposes related to the use of the Service.

TET position providers: Organizations agree to publish only those TET job postings that are up-to-date and comply with applicable legislation. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the content of their TET job postings and any possible changes. The author of the announcement is responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide the data and images used in the announcement to the Service.

  1. Privacy and Data Retention

TET.fi complies with the Personal Data Act and regulations related to data protection. User-provided data is stored securely and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service and enable the functions requested by users. The privacy notice provides more detail on how personal data is processed.

  1. Liability and Limitation of Liability

TET.fi is not liable for any damage caused to users or third parties by the content or use of the Service. TET.fi strives to provide the Service without interruptions but does not guarantee the accuracy or continuous availability of the Service. Users use the Service at their own risk.

  1. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. TET.fi is not responsible for the content or operation of these external sites or services.

  1. Changes to the Service and Terms of Use

TET.fi reserves the right to change the content, availability, and terms of use of the Service. By using the Service after changes, you accept those changes. The Terms of Use are valid from the moment the user starts using the Service. The obligations under these Terms of Use remain in effect even after the user ceases using the Service if the user’s use has caused damage to the Service.
